I have uploaded the files to dropbox and can send links to a few people interested in trying them out.
It seems you will need a Mac not a PC or be able to input the META command on a PC at least. You will also need a fairly large screen - laptop screens are too small to be able to see the information on the counters properly.
If you're interested in having a go at this game on VASSAL post a comment with your email. I will delete the e-mail from the comment when I moderate it.
