LAZY DAISY - NEW MAY 1943 START

I've started another tour in May 1943 with LAZY DAISY. Already a tough start with a mission to KIEL! BANDITS all over the show and moderate flak over the target.

With damage to the tail wheel and starboard main wheel destroyed landing was dicey and the pilot had everyone bail out over the airfield and brought the A/C in for a belly landing. It survived with only superficial damage but he was killed.

3 days later they and their new crew mates are headed back to KIEL again - this time as HIGH LEADER in the HIGH GROUP.
