I have decided to try a unit that 'transitioned' from B-24 to B-17. This may give more variety - we'll see how it goes. I've selcted the 486th BG[H] who started missions in May 1944 from their base in SUDBURY. They comprised the 832, 833, 834 & 835 squadrons.
